Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a Resource Registered Nurse for Charlotte’s Resource Team who will float to facilities in Zone 6, including CMC, Mercy, Lake Norman, University, Cabarrus & Stanly. The role is full-time with 36 hours per week and benefits eligible.

You will provide patient-centered nursing care across multiple sites, maintain high-quality documentation, and support safety and quality initiatives while collaborating with care teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing program with RN license and BLS certification.
• BSN preferred; active RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in clinical nursing; telehealth not required.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Maintains safety culture and accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to multiple units and facilities within the zone.
• Delivers patient- and family-centered care per policies.
