Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Resource Registered Nurse for the Women’s Resource Team. This part-time role requires floating to CMC Main and up to four additional facilities, including University, Lake Norman, Stanly, Cabarrus, Cleveland, Lincoln, Pineville, Union and Union West.

The RN will employ the nursing process, ensure patient safety, document thoroughly in the EHR, and participate in professional growth and teamwork with the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the relevant state(s).
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience; 2 years preferred.
• BSN is preferred for this role.

Responsabilités

• Engages in unit councils, governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Applies the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Maintains a culture of safety and patient-centered care.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocols.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units or facilities as needed.
• Demonstrates age-specific care and ethical decision-making.
