Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state(s) of practice and BLS certification.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience; BSN preferred.
• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance, quality initiatives and evidence-based care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Foster safety culture and uphold professional practice standards.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and coordinate with units.
