Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Resource RN for the Nursing Float Pool. The role requires floating to facilities within the Greater Charlotte Market, Center City, Southern or Western Zones, with 40 hours per week and a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour.

Minimum RN license with BLS is required; BSN preferred. We value strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience; 2 years preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilizes nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans.
• Maintain accuracy in EHR documentation.
• May float to other units within the service area as needed.
