Job summary

St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse – Resource to float safely across units, delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in line with facility standards.

The RN will promote service excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement while supporting cross-department communication and patient safety across critical care settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a critical care unit (L&D, ICU, ER, PCCU).
• Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma.
• ADN is required; BSN preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and SECURE certifications are required at hire and maintained thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing needs and initiate/adjust the plan of care.
• Care for patients across units per nursing process and standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Promote dignity, safety, and high-quality nursing care.
