Job summary

St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK is seeking an RN to provide compassionate care across multiple roles, including caregiver, advocate, and educator.

The RN will assess nursing needs, initiate and evaluate plans of care, and deliver nursing actions per Standards of Practice to ensure dignity and quality of care. Responsibilities include care planning with interdisciplinary teams, hourly rounds for safety, and collaboration with the care partner to meet educational and emotional

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Oklahoma.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 3 months of employment.
• PEARS certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of hospital-based experience.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' psychosocial, spiritual, and diversity needs during care.
• Construct and implement the plan of care using nursing knowledge and skill.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans, goals, and discharge plans.
• Perform hourly rounds to strengthen communication, improve safety, and anticipate patient needs.
• Collaborate with the patient and family to meet education and emotional needs.
