Stillwater Medical Center Healthcare Authority in Stillwater, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse for our hospital float pool. The RN will work across multiple units, delivering patient care using the nursing process, collaborating with the health team, and ensuring comfort and safety for diverse patient populations.

Applicants must be licensed in Oklahoma, have CPR, ACLS within 6 months, and be flexible to cover shifts and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed to practice in the state of Oklahoma.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Current CPR card or completion within 30 days of employment.
• 2 years of medical-surgical clinical experience preferred.
• Must be flexible and willing to work various units as assigned by the house supervisor.
• ACLS is required within 6 months and PALS additionally is preferred.
• 1-year critical care experience is preferred.
• Successfully completes care competencies of all patient care areas where assignments are likely to occur.

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process across multiple units.
• Interact effectively with patients, families and other health team members.
• Float nurse scheduled in advance for planned assignments on various nursing units.
• Cover unplanned absences in multiple departments as needed.
