Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care across Med Surg units at multiple Aurora/Advocate Health facilities.
• Adapt to various departments and patient populations through site rotations.

Where You Will Work:

Aurora Health (now part of Advocate Health) WI Float Pool is a multi‑site resource team supporting Medical Surgical (Med Surg) care across the Wisconsin division. Float RNs provide adaptable, high‑quality nursing care across multiple hospitals and units based on organizational need. Teammates must be flexible, skilled, and ready to deliver exceptional care in a wide variety of settings.

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association; and ACLS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical RN experience required
