Job summary

Intermountain Health, St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT, is seeking experienced Resource Pool RNs to float across inpatient units and ensure continuous, high‑quality patient care. You’ll work in a dynamic environment with a 10% float differential and opportunities for cross‑training into specialty areas.

As a Resource Pool RN, you will cover days, nights, weekends and holidays, starting in Medical‑Surgical pools with potential growth into other departments, while maintaining safe

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN required; for nurses with <12 months experience, BSN must be obtained within 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care across inpatient units.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Adapt to different units, patient populations, and acuity levels.
• Collaborate with physicians, care managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document and evaluate patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families to promote recovery and safe transitions of care.
