Intermountain Health's St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT is seeking experienced Resource Pool RNs to float across Medical-Surgical units, providing safe, compassionate care to diverse patient populations.

This role offers a 10% float differential, both full-time and part-time positions, day/night/weekend/holiday coverage, cross-training opportunities, and a supportive, mission-driven team environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice is required.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of start.
• Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse experience.
• Willingness and ability to float across multiple units.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across inpatient units.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Adapt quickly to different units, patient populations, and acuity levels.
• Collaborate with physicians, care managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document and evaluate patient progress and outcomes with accuracy.
