Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in resource management, staffing, operations, project management, or a related role, ideally within a digital agency or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Experience independently owning operational processes and moving work forward across multiple stakeholders
• Strong familiarity with resource management, workflow, and project management tools, with a focus on maintaining accurate and reliable information
• Excellent communication skills — professional, clear, and approachable in both conversations and written communications
• Strong judgment and problem-solving ability, with the confidence to identify issues and determine next steps

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day maintenance of project and staffing information across resource management tools, ensuring current and accurate data
• Manage project operations including new project setup, status changes, and upcoming endings
• Lead the team confirmation process with Team Planning and project leadership to finalize staffing plans
• Coordinate resource management for employees joining, leaving, or taking leaves
• Maintain visibility into upcoming holidays and time away to support planning and coverage
• Own operational support for contractors including onboarding, renewals, and system access
• Identify opportunities to improve resource management processes and documentation
