Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking a Resource Management Specialist to support the Professional Services team by staffing projects efficiently and allocating resources effectively. You will partner with Project Managers, People Managers, and Sales to maintain forecasts, coordinate assignments, and streamline staffing processes.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and navigate a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in resource coordination or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and project lifecycle management.
• Experience in resource management and operations within a professional services organization.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with Project Managers, consultants, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Proactive and adaptable in a growing, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate resource forecasts by collaborating with Project Managers and People Managers across teams.
• Coordinate resource assignments based on skills, experience, availability and timing.
• Partner on resource planning with Practice Leaders to review demand and requests.
• Support pre-delivery readiness with Sales for smooth handoff into Professional Services.
• Monitor Sales pipeline data quality to ensure accurate forecasting and planning.
• Lead resourcing meetings with Practice Leaders to review upcoming demand.
• Identify opportunities to streamline staffing operations as the business grows.
