You will own client resource builds from intake through launch, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while coordinating with brokers and solution providers. The role focuses on applying Wellist’s tagging framework, building deep knowledge of client portfolios, and collaborating with Client Success, Analytics, Development and Benefits

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in benefits management, HR, healthcare, consulting, operations, analytics or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned client resource builds end-to-end, delivering complete, accurate work against timelines.
• Review client portfolios to identify programs and resources to represent in Wellist.
• Translate complex benefit information into clear, employee-friendly content.
• Coordinate review and approval with clients and benefit partners, ensuring accuracy and usability.
• Bring benefits expertise and insights to other teams to inform analysis and recommendations.
