Qualifications

• Strong relationship management skills with vendors and internal teams.
• Understanding of budget development, control and project management software.
• Ability to translate program objectives into clear milestones.

Responsibilities

• Ensures adherence to workforce planning processes and governance requirements.
• Maintains data integrity across workforce planning systems and timely leadership reporting.
• Partners with Finance to maintain monthly labor forecast.
• Engages talent acquisition and vendors to staff open positions.
• Provides data-driven insights for staffing decisions.
