Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations for a defined shift and assign staff accordingly.
• Provide patient care as needed and take a patient assignment when required.
• Lead shift huddles and facilitate department communications and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Review staffing for current and next shift and allocate resources for efficient patient flow.
• Ensure regulatory readiness, document safety events, and support compliance activities.
• Provide coaching and orientation to staff and support professional development within the department.
