Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized, outcome oriented nursing care through the nursing process.
• Develops, discusses, and communicates a prioritized plan of care for each patient.
• Performs admission assessments within 8 hours of admissions and documents teaching needs.
• Documents all patient care per policy, unit standards, and clinical indicators.
• Ensures patient safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Participates in discharge planning and coordinates transfers as appropriate.
