Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, valid nursing license (LPN or RN) through the Arizona State Board of Nursing or compact license.
• CPR certification required at time of hire.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Minimum three years LPN experience in LTC/SNF/Rehab setting.
• LPN aiming to obtain RN licensure within 6–12 months is preferred, or RN with LTC/SNF/Rehab exp.

Responsabilités

• Work within interdisciplinary team to complete guest's initial Plan of Care at admission.
• Assist with planning, implementation and evaluation of unit orientation.
• Use materials, equipment and time safely, beneficially and cost-effectively.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
