RSM US LLP in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Resource Management Senior Associate to oversee scheduling, utilization, and staffing decisions. You will work across LOB leaders and client teams to balance workload, improve capacity planning, and align resources with strategic goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision making, and development of staff capabilities while maintaining high service levels and operational efficiency.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's or Associate degree, or 3–5 years of relevant experience.
3–5 years in resource management within a professional services firm.
Strong Excel skills.
Experience with resource scheduling or workforce allocation tools (Dayshape preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change.

Aufgaben

Assist the resource manager and leaders in scheduling processes and engagement management.
Generate scheduling, utilization and forecasting reports to aid staffing decisions.
Monitor schedules to ensure staff are effectively utilized and aligned with financial plans.
Implement firm-wide programs like rotations and global assignments when needed.
Facilitate scheduling meetings and drive best practices across teams.
Onboard new hires to scheduling systems and processes, ensuring accuracy.
