Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years resource management in a professional services firm.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience with scheduling/workforce allocation tools (Dayshape preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to drive collaboration between teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling processes and engagement management.
• Generate utilization, forecasting reports and analyses.
