• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in account management, category management, or healthcare supply chain preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a client-focused environment.
• Willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Execute the client workplan by applying analytical storytelling and data interpretation to identify cost savings and supply chain optimization opportunities.
• Manage analytics and client coordination activities while accurately tracking performance metrics and workplan progress.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as a primary contact and ensuring consistent communication.
• Collaborate with Category Managers, subject matter experts, and Product Advisors to align strategies and implement supply chain initiatives.
• Interpret spend data using Vizient tools to evaluate trends and develop actionable recommendations that improve client outcomes.
• Drive contract performance by monitoring utilization and supporting achievement of workplan objectives.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to support implementation and sustained utilization of Vizient solutions.
• Apply problem-solving, critical thinking, and continuous improvement to adapt to client needs.
• Support achievement of client savings, contract penetration, and supply chain performance goals through execution.
