Job summary

ARMADA is seeking a Programming & Resources Analyst in Camp Springs, MD, to support the Air National Guard Security Forces. You will manage data across Envision, Power BI, and budgeting tools, coordinate with the Contracting Officer Representative, and help ensure program compliance and reporting accuracy.

Requirements include 3–5 years in DoD/ANG programming or budgeting, a high school diploma or GED, and a Secret clearance. This is an on‑site role reporting to ARMADA HQ.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting DoD or Air National Guard programming, budgeting, manpower, or resource management.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Security clearance required: Secret.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Air National Guard Security Forces Programming and Resources Branch by maintaining access and functionality of key systems.
• Develop and maintain policy/guidance for manpower, funding, equipment, and technology with coordination from the Contracting Officer Representative.
• Track Site Activation Task Force items and ensure compliance through coordination with government program managers.
