Job summary

The Office of Chief of Space Operations at The Pentagon in Arlington, VA seeks a Governance and Resource Integration Division Chief, S4O (NH-0343-04, GS 14/15) to connect diverse stakeholders and architect durable solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Information Systems Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive, senior-level leadership experience directing complex organizations in governance, resource management and enterprise IT.
• Expertise in PPBE, FIAR, POM, and audit readiness requirements.
• Experience with DoD budgeting and enterprise IT integration within a DoW or joint-service environment.
• Security clearance: Sensitive Compartmented Information.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Governance & Resources Integration Division Chief for HQ Space Force (S4O).
• Provide strategic guidance on financial strategy, policy, governance, and IT integration.
• Facilitate executive steering committees to ensure programs are properly resourced and audit-ready.
