Job description

ITC Service Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of AFL. Founded in 1999, it provides managed services and workforce solutions for the nationwide planning, design, construction, installation, and maintenance of voice, data, and video networks.

We are seeking to hire a Resource Coordinator for remote work in the Atlanta area; other locations on the East Coast will also be considered if the candidate has the desired experience.

SCOPE
  1. Work closely with the Senior Resource Manager on day-to-day administrative tasks.
  2. Assist in managing tech headcount and onboarding processes.
  3. Handle timesheet submissions.
  4. Coordinate with Deployment Managers to ensure tech readiness.
  5. Conduct interviews with technician candidates and make recommendations based on communication, technical expertise, attitude, and enthusiasm.
PROFILE
  1. Help resolve project issues and risks by interfacing with project personnel, including customers and suppliers.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve personnel and field issues.
  3. Monitor project implementation in accordance with time and quality standards.
  4. Maintain and update access and training records as needed.
  5. Understand and implement quality control processes.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with six to eight years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  10. Team player capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
  11. Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
