A leading organization is looking for a dedicated individual to provide resource support to members in the NC region. This role involves assessing member needs, connecting them to local resources, and collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate access to essential services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience, along with a commitment to improving community health. Provides resource support to members and connects members to local resources for various services (e.g., employment, housing, independent living, justice, foster care) based on care/service assessment and plans. Works with leadership to identify the best, most appropriate local resources for members' needs based on industry best practices.
Remote - NC Region 5 counties: New Hanover, Brunswick, Columbus, Pender, Bladen, Robeson, Scotland, Sampson, Montgomery, Moore, Lee, Hoke, Cumberland, Harnett, Richmond.
Bachelor's degree required with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience demonstrating applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skill level.
Pay Range: $22.50 - $38.02 per hour

Actual pay will be based on skills, experience, education, and other factors. Total compensation may include additional incentives.
