Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field is required.
• For NC, a Master’s degree in a human service field is acceptable with required experience.
• Volunteer, practicum, or intern experiences with children and families are preferable.
• Proof of automobile insurance and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide referral treatment planning for foster and adoptive children.
• Align work with Omni policies and regulatory requirements (OSHA, CMS, HIPAA).
• Collaborate with teams to enhance safety, wellbeing, and permanency for clients.
