Advocate Health is hiring a Clinical Nursing Assistant for the Nursing Float Pool in Charlotte, NC. This full-time night position requires 36 hours per week with floating across designated zones to assist RNs in daily patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–2 years of recent acute care inpatient hospital CNA experience.
• Full-time night shift, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, 36 hours per week with floating within zones.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers and Nurse Aide in good standing required.
• Two years CNA experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, hygiene, feeding and ambulation.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, weights, and other data in EMR.
• Perform rounds and communicate observations to RN.
• Assist in admission/transfer/discharge, room setup and equipment handling.
• Collect specimens and perform point-of-care testing as directed.
• Restock supplies, maintain clean work areas, and assist with patient transport.
