Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Chicago is seeking an Operations Manager (Resource Management) to own talent allocation, capacity modeling, and workload balancing across multiple brands and disciplines. You will partner with Program Management and senior ops leads to translate project demand into staffing solutions while protecting team health and utilization targets.

The role is on-site 5 days per week, reporting to the Head of Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in project management, creative operations, or resource planning in a creative setting.

Responsibilities

• Talent Allocation & Multi-Brand Staffing across brands and disciplines.
• Intake Feasibility & Priority Alignment with Program Management.
• Capacity Forecasting using scope forecasts and demand data.
• Workload Rebalancing to meet utilization targets.
• Process Standardization for requests, handoffs and tracking.
• Timesheet & People Leader Reporting with weekly utilization.
• Awards Submissions management and timelines.
• External Talent Support for onboarding/offboarding.
