The Resource Assistant in Midcoast Maine Community Action’s (MMCA) Belfast office plays an important role in supporting the delivery, coordination, and administration of community-based programs, with a primary focus on the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program. This position helps ensure that services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and compassionately to individuals and families throughout the communities we serve.
Working collaboratively with program managers, coordinators, and participants, the Resource Assistant provides administrative, customer service, and program support that contributes to the smooth day-to-day operation of MMCA programs. Through strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional service, the Resource Assistant helps connect community members with vital resources that promote health, nutrition, and economic stability.
