The Receptionist and Resource Assistant at Midcoast Maine Community Action’s (MMCA) Bath office supports the delivery, coordination, and administration of community-based programs, with a primary focus on the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program. This position helps ensure that individuals and families throughout the communities we serve receive efficient, accurate, and compassionate service.
Working collaboratively with program managers, coordinators, and participants, the Receptionist and Resource Assistant provides reception, administrative, customer service, and program support to keep MMCA programs operating smoothly. Strong organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service are essential for connecting community members with resources that promote health, nutrition, and economic stability.
