Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park LLC delivers exceptional hospitality to guests by parking and retrieving vehicles promptly and safely, assisting with luggage, and aiding with arrivals and departures.

Responsibilities include answering questions, guiding guests to facilities, and maintaining accurate ticketing and payments, while upholding Towne Park’s standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work or within a commutable distance.
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles; ability to read and write standard English; basic math and money handling.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is desirable; ability to perform parallel parking.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide hospitality with a friendly, attentive manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions, assist with taxis, reservations, and inquiries about facility amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets, key tags, and folios; process revenue as needed.
• Contribute to a smooth operation across all guest service functions.
