The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a Valet/Transportation Associate at our Horseshoe Bay resort. You will drive associates and guests safely, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and manage transportation requests with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Flexibility in schedule is required, and you will assist the valet team with luggage, ensuring a smooth guest experience while upholding resort standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL required to operate all resort vehicles.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills essential.
• Ability to maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and lift luggage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive associates to destinations in a safe, professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of fleet vehicles per resort standards.
• Access and input information into the department system.
• Coordinate, track, and respond to transportation requests.
• Stay composed in high-stress situations and handle last-minute changes.
• Be aware of resort amenity schedules and promotions.
• Assist valet team with luggage and related duties.
