Job summary

Bluestar Resort & Golf in Castle Pines, CO is seeking a friendly Server to deliver food and beverages in the restaurant, bar, and patio. You will provide prompt, courteous service and work under the Food & Beverage Manager.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 months server experience, a Food Handlers Card and TIPS certification, and the ability to handle cash. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required. Full-time positions include benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 months’ related server experience preferred.
• Must meet the state and federal minimum age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification (Training for Intervention Procedures).
• Ability to understand and implement dining standards.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in an energetic and friendly fashion.
• Know the resort facilities and dining area to answer guest questions and describe services.
• Write orders and relay to kitchen and bar.
• Serve and clear food and beverages following service Etiquette.
• Engage with guests at tables to ensure needs are met and service is excellent.
• Work as a team under supervision of the Lead Server/Manager.
• Report safety concerns or customer issues to a supervisor.
