Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center in Breckenridge, CO seeks a Security Officer for year-round, full-time work. The role involves monitoring the property, responding to alarms and guest requests, and coordinating with police, fire, and EMS as needed.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic security experience is preferred. English communication is required, with familiarity in Microsoft Office being a plus. Employee housing is available on a first-come basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background in security or other relevant hotel positions is preferred.
• Proficient written and verbal communication in English is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
• Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, kneel.
• Ability to lift and move 40+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest calls including lock outs and disruptions.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
• Respond to alarms, medical calls, and other emergencies.
• Liaise with Fire, Police, and EMS and document actions taken.
