Responsibilities

• Monitor entry and exits at the gate ensuring only authorized individuals are admitted.
• Greet guests and members warmly as they arrive at Sea Island.
• Learn names and recognize regular Guests and Members.
• Routinely patrol buildings and grounds for safety.
• Assist with safes, locks, and loss/theft reports when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of guest services, activities, dining, shops, and local attractions.
• Warn violators of rules and direct persons off the property when necessary.
• Inspect doors, windows and gates to ensure they are secure.
• Record incidents and report to supervisor as required.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement when called to Sea Island.
