Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales management experience in wholesale apparel or decorated goods.
• Proven success managing independent sales rep networks across multiple territories.
• Strong data analysis and forecasting skills using Excel/BI tools.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and building multi-year growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of independent sales representatives across Resort territories.
• Identify, pursue, and close new account opportunities in resort retail and destination/leisure segments.
• Build relationships with concessionaires and operators (e.g., Delaware North, Event Network).
• Develop account growth plans and promotional strategies; run rep incentive programs.
• Forecast sales, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with brand/merchandising, operations, and planning to ensure order accuracy.
