Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality, owner of South Seas Resort on Captiva Island, FL, seeks an experienced Retail Manager to lead Provisions & Spirits operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences across multiple outlets.

The role oversees inventory, merchandising, purchasing, and food retail integration with Culinary leadership. Candidates should bring 3–5 years of progressive retail management and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of progressive retail management experience.
• Experience managing multiple retail locations and food retail is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Retail Supervisor and Associates across locations.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and evaluate retail team members.
• Manage inventory levels and purchasing to maximize sales.
• Oversee the deli and prepared food operations within Provisions & Spirits.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and brand standards across stores.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns promptly.
