Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Retail Manager to lead Provisions & Spirits at South Seas Resort in Captiva, Florida. You will oversee daily retail operations, staffing, merchandising, inventory, and food-purchase decisions to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of progressive retail management, experience in food retail, and a passion for hospitality. This hands-on role offers opportunities to impact guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive retail management experience.
• Experience with food retail, grocery, convenience, or resort retail is strongly preferred.
• Strong merchandising, vendor relations, and guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Retail Supervisors and Associates across locations.
• Oversee daily Provisions & Spirits operations and ensure a high-quality guest experience.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relations to maximize sales.
• Drive merchandising, displays, and product placement to boost revenue.
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with Culinary and F&B leadership on menu and product sourcing.
