Job summary

BENCHMARK is seeking a Restaurant Manager for their dining venue on Captiva Island. The ideal candidate will lead daily food and beverage operations, ensuring guest satisfaction while managing staff and maintaining quality standards.

The position requires over 3 years of management experience in the food and beverage division and offers a competitive salary between $75,000 and $80,000 per year. Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans, are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years management experience in the food and beverage division of a hotel or resort.
• 3+ years hiring and developing talent in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all restaurant outlets, partnering with outlet managers and supervisors.
• Control food, beverage, labor, and related costs while optimizing inventory and purchasing processes.
• Communicate and execute emergency procedures and departmental policies consistently.
