BENCHMARK is seeking a Membership Coordinator to support the Owner Relations team at South Seas, Captiva Island Resort. This role involves managing Club Captiva memberships, providing administrative and guest-service support, and ensuring seamless coordination of membership benefits.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or hospitality, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. The position offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Strong proficiency in communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration of Club Captiva memberships.
• Serve as primary contact for members and resolve inquiries.
• Coordinate membership communications and promotional materials.
