Job summary

South Seas Beach House Restaurant, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Restaurant Chef to lead the Beach House kitchen on Captiva Island. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, ensure top-quality dishes, and drive cost controls and sanitation standards in a fast-paced resort setting.

The role requires hands-on leadership, collaboration with culinary leadership, and a commitment to guest satisfaction and seasonal menu execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of culinary leadership in high-volume settings.
• Experience supervising and developing culinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation, inventory, and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations for Beach House Restaurant and ensure quality and consistency.
• Mentor line cooks and culinary staff; participate in hiring and scheduling.
• Ensure recipes, portions, and presentation meet brand standards.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and maintain food safety compliance.
• Support menu development and seasonal specials; respond to guest feedback.
