Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort is seeking an Activities Attendant to organize and supervise guest recreational activities at our resort in Florida. You will guide participants, ensure safety, and deliver a welcoming experience across a variety of games and events.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and the ability to adapt activities to guests of all ages, with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction in an outdoor resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate activities and events for guests.

• Deliver excellent customer service and guest experiences.
• Assist guests with questions and special requests.
• Work as part of a team to run activities smoothly.
• Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents.
• Assist with special events or themed activities.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
