Job summary

Baker's Cay Resort Key Largo is seeking a Recreation Attendant to create memorable guest experiences through outdoor activities and events. You will interact with guests, organize recreational programs, and help guests of all ages enjoy sports, arts, and crafts in a luxurious oceanfront setting.

The role requires energy, a love of the outdoors, flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of recreational activities and sports.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
