Job summary

Playa Largo Autograph Resort in Key Largo is seeking a Beach & Pool Attendant to start early and maintain pristine outdoor guest spaces. You will set up beach chairs and cabanas, prepare water cabanas, stock amenities, and ensure safety and cleanliness across pool decks and marina areas.

The role requires outdoor work, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, resort, recreation, beach, or pool operations experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Beach & pool setup and maintenance according to standards.
• Cleaning and sanitizing cabanas, docks, and guest-use areas.
• Walkthroughs of pool deck, beach, marina, and surrounding spaces to ensure order and cleanliness.
• Assist in creating a welcoming guest environment and ensuring public areas are well-presented.
