Responsibilities

• Ensure materials, equipment, and services are ordered and completed.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock on hand.
• Order items as requested by stakeholders.
• Process purchase orders timely and accurately.
• Liaise with Accounting for prompt invoice processing and payment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate credits on discrepancies.
• Supervise Receivers, monitoring schedules and productivity.
• Assist with shipping for resort associates and guest items left at the resort.
• Maintain records of purchases, contracts, and inventory data.
• Utilize Birchstreet and Excel for purchasing activities.
