Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon, FL seeks a Purchasing Clerk to help plan and manage received products, organize storage, and maintain safe, sanitary operations aligned with EOS Hospitality standards. You will help track inventory and support the Purchasing Team in daily tasks on-site.

The role includes initiating purchase orders for equipment and small wares, coordinating service calls for kitchen equipment, and leading by example to uphold the resort’s luxury guest experience and service culture

Qualifications

• Morning person with reliable attendance.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handwritten notes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and management of received products and storage.
• Initiate purchase orders for equipment, storage items and small wares.
• Coordinate service calls for kitchen equipment and coolers.
• Lead by example and support the Purchasing Manager.
