Camelback Resort in Tannersville, PA seeks a Public Area Supervisor to lead the team keeping the lobby, restaurants, outdoor spaces, and parking areas pristine. This role blends hands-on work with leadership, driving quality standards, guest satisfaction, and safe operations across the resort.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inspections, coaching, and cross-department coordination to maintain a picture-perfect environment for guests year-round.

Formación

• Experience in housekeeping, resort appearance, or facilities preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise daily Resort Appearance operations across indoor and exterior spaces.
• Assign and prioritize cleaning tasks based on occupancy and guest traffic.
• Oversee and support cleaning of lobbies, restaurants, restrooms, walkways, and entrances.
• Monitor equipment use, safety procedures, and inventory of supplies.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and shift coverage as needed.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and other departments.
