The candidate will lead operations, budgeting, and marketing efforts to attract residents and guests. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of property management experience are preferred, with strong Microsoft Office skills and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience.
• Strong operations skills and understanding of this position.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests to ensure an excellent experience.
• Manage resources and assets of the property, including buildings and amenities.
• Conduct marketing activities to attract new customers.
• Hire and manage resort employees.
• Prepare, manage and analyze the operational budget of the resort.
• Maximize the profitability of the property.
• Maintain the resort and ensure it’s clean and attractive.
• Partner with the marketing team to attract new guests.
• Analyze and manage the operational budget to improve profitability.
