The role emphasizes budgeting, marketing collaboration, and operational excellence across resort-style communities. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of management experience are expected, with a comprehensive benefits package and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of resort or property management, preferably multi-site.
• Experience leading a team.
• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to produce financials and budgets, control expenses and drive revenue.
• Understanding of complex operational responsibilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and financial systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property resources, staff and assets.
• Provide exceptional customer service for guests and residents.
• Keep the property clean and attractive to maximize occupancy.
• Recruit, onboard and train employees.
• Engage guests and residents with activities and events.
• Partner with marketing to attract residents and guests.
• Prepare and manage the property budget and improve profitability.
