Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in California is seeking a Resort Manager to provide exceptional service to residents and guests while helping achieve financial goals and ensuring a welcoming, safe experience.

You will manage resources and assets, hire and supervise staff, oversee operations and budgets, coordinate marketing efforts, and partner with the marketing team to attract new guests, all while maintaining a clean, attractive resort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience, preferably in RV or manufactured home community settings.
• Strong operations skills and understanding of the position’s complexities.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience with exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests to ensure an excellent experience.
• Manage the resources and assets of the property, including buildings and amenities.
• Conduct marketing activities to attract new customers.
• Hire and manage resort employees.
• Prepare, manage and analyze the operational budget of the resort.
• Maximize the profitability of the property.
• Maintain the resort and ensure that it’s clean and attractive.
• Partner with the marketing team to attract new guests.
• Analyze, prepare and manage the operational budget of the resort to improve its profitability.
