Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in Montgomery, Texas is seeking a Property Manager to oversee resort operations, manage resources, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will lead a team, handle budgets, marketing collaborations, and ensure the property remains attractive. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of property management are preferred; a valid driver’s license and customer service experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience in RV or manufactured home communities.
• Strong operations skills and understanding of the role’s complexities.
• At least one year in customer service with strong service skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office and web-based application skills.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
• Manage property resources and assets.
• Conduct marketing activities to attract new customers.
• Hire and manage resort employees.
• Prepare, manage and analyze the operational budget.
• Maximize property profitability.
• Maintain the resort’s cleanliness and attractiveness.
